The Performance Evaluation Skill Sheets below must be utilized in all Fire Fighter I/II courses. These skills meet all the skill requirements of NFPA 1001, Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications, Chapters 5 and 6, 2002 edition. ProBoard requires that the evaluator grading the skills tests must NOT be the instructor that taught that segment of instruction.
Please submit a Performance Evaluation Grade Sheet for each student in your class to the test proctor at the end of the course. The individual Performance Evaluation Skill Sheets should be kept for your own records. Students must receive a passing grade on all skills in order to receive Fire Fighter I/II certification.
