Alabama Distinctive Firefighter Tag Information and Forms

Act 2010-582, HB262, amends Section 32-6-272, Code of Alabama 1975, relating to the issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license plates, to require the Alabama Forestry Commission and the Firefighters' Personnel Standards and Education Commission to prepare lists of persons eligible for distinctive motor vehicle license plates and to authorize the widow or widower of any firefighter who dies in the line of duty to receive a free license plate.

EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2010.
